Rockrose Ecotourism is formed by a multidisciplinary group of professionals:

 

Estela Barroso

Degree in Environmental Sciences and Master in Ecosystem Restauration, she knows deeply the nature and culture of San Vicente Range, an island of beautiful forests in the border of La Mancha.

Antonio Fajardo

Experienced ornithologist and bird ringer, since 1998 (with more than 60.500 ringed birds of 179 different species), he knows perfectly the Mediterranean birds and the best places for birdwatching in Castilla-La Mancha.

José Fajardo

Ph.D. in Ethnobiology, he works both in research and environmental education in Castilla-La Mancha.

Isabel Gómez

Enviromental Technician, she knows very well La Mancha´s nature and culture, its landscapes and cultural features.

 

 

Moisés Heras

Experienced nature guide, he lives and works in Cuenca mountains, a huge range among the less populated in Europe.

 

 

Juan Parras

He felt in love with Alcaraz mountains many years ago. After rebuilt the old mill of La Potrera, a house which dates back to XIV century, now, he´s working in Green Tourism in the Betic mountains. A place in which he has a deep knowledge.

 

 

 

 

 

César Rodriguez

Member of the Mycological Asociation of Albacete, specialist in Orchids and Mediterranean Flora, he leads some walking groups in Castilla-La Mancha.

 

Miguel Rodriguez

Forestry Engineer, he works in managing and organizing activities in Environmental Education and Ecotourism in La Mancha.

 

Luis E. San Joaquín

Enviromental Sciences Degree, Master in Ecosystems Restauration. He knows deeply the nature and culture of San Vicente Range, a land of lovely chestnut and Pyrenean oak forests.

Alonso Verde

Ph.D. in Biology, with an extense experience in environmental education. He has gone all over Castilla La Mancha compiling a very valuable information about the tradicional use and management of the mediterranean plants.
